AN ASIAN EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER

Think Asia was conceptualized in 1996. Over the last 20 years, we have established a range of Asian offers primarily focusing on major shopping centres in Melbourne. As a retailer of food, rather than a food operator – we have run businesses in a range of Asian Cuisines – primarily Malaysian & Indian but also a mixed Southeast Asian offer, a Thai offer, Japanese, Vietnamese and more recently a Juice & Soup Bar (with an Asian twist).

THINK ASIA

ST COLLINS LANE

This is licensed casual dining establishment in the heart of Collins Street, located on Lev 2, St Collins Lane (under Novotel Hotel). The focus will be Southeast Asian Hawker style dishes with focuses on Malaysian and Vietnamese Cuisines. While lunches will be targeted towards quick turn around meals, dinners will be about sharing plates and new & old world wines to match.

PAPADAM

ST COLLINS LANE

Where Think Asia St Collins Lane will look at Malaysian food influenced by the Chinese and Malay, Papadam will bring the Indian influences to light. Aromatic curries will sit along side other Mamak style dishes. We will also offer some Northern Indian favourites to top it off.

THINK ASIA

PETER MAC CENTRE

Officially the building is know at VCCC – Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, more commonly referred to at the “New Peter Mac” (opposite Royal Melbourne Hospital). Having opened in February 2017, this is a mixed Asian offer – its focus is on Japanese, Vietnamese and Malaysian cuisines.

We have an online ordering system in place and if you are local, delivery via foodora, guaranteeing from cook-line to your door in 15 minutes.

THINK ASIA – MELBOURNE AIRPORT

TERMINAL 4 – MELBOURNE AIRPORT

Following on from 17 years in Crown Melbourne, we opened in September 2015 in Terminal 4 Melbourne Airport. Opening 365 days a year to cater to passengers and the airport staffing community, we again offer a mixed Asian menu with a focus on Malaysian, Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. This is your typical “grab-n-go” offer with a range of Asian Hawker noodle and rice dishes that are cooked freshly in 5-7 minutes.
